Fuji Superia Premium is a variation of Fuji’s 400-speed film that is only sold in Japan. I happened upon it while ordering some Adox Color Mission from fotoimpex.com, a German-based film store, and decided to order a couple rolls to make me feel a little better about the absurd amount I was paying for shipping/customs to get the Adox film to Canada. The photos you see below are from my first roll with the stuff, and I have to say I’m very impressed. My favorite thing about it is probably how the colors are rendered, super bright and nicely saturated, but not too warm. I am sad to say I’ll probably only get to shoot two more rolls before it gets permanently discontinued (just a pessimistic prediction).
